Lincolnshire Rural Housing Association (Lincs Rural) was formed in 1986 as an organisation with charitable aims. Currently owning and managing 429 properties throughout Lincolnshire and in neighbouring Counties, we are confident in our future ambitions to build on the excellence and success of the past. We are an ‘Innovative, Caring, Excellent’ organisation, helping to sustain rural communities by providing homes for rural people in need.

Our current Chief Executive (John Howes) is retiring, and our new Chief Executive will lead on delivering Lincs Rural’s Vision and Mission, from our established position of strength. Our Board has resolved that the Association will remain independent, being committed to the objectives it was formed to achieve over 33-years ago. Could you lead this dynamic Association forward as a visible and influential Leader; as an individual who can engage and empathise with people, particularly Tenants and Staff; empowering and enabling others to deliver the expected services and achievements?

If you have the ability and believe in the values of being a rural specialist; are outward looking with highly effective leadership qualities we would like to hear from you. The position requires proven leadership and management skills and is an excellent opportunity to make an impact on the smaller rural communities and the people that help villages and hamlets survive and succeed.
