  1. Educated to degree standard or evidence of working to this level;
  2. Evidence of continually developing professional knowledge;
  3. Working knowledge and understanding of the regulatory framework for social housing;
  4. Well-developed understanding of the dynamics of business and financial management within a complex organisation;
  5. Sound up to date knowledge of the housing sector and wider community issues; and
  6. Sound financial knowledge with a good understanding of financial viability and risks.
