Employment Information

Salary Up to £80,000
Hours The standard working week is 35 hours, although the post holder is required to work the necessary hours to effectively meet the demands of the role. This is subject to the requirements of the Working Time Directive. Markime House Office opening hours are 8.30 to 17.00 Monday to Friday.
Probation The probationary period is six months.
Notice The period of notice will be three months.
Method of Payment BACs on 25th day of each month.
Annual Leave 25 working days (3 to be taken at Christmas) increasing with service up to 30 days after ten years of service.
Pension Lincs Rural is a member of the Social Housing pension Scheme. A Defined Contribution Scheme is offered to all new employees with a 50 / 50 employer employee contribution split. Other options may be available subject to preference and circumstance.
Business Mileage A pool car is available for business use or business mileage is reimbursed at 45 pence per mile.
Medical Insurance Private medical insurance is offered for each employee at the completion of the probationary period. The employee will be required to pay the healthcare annual costs.
Sickness Absence After six months continuous service four weeks full pay and four weeks half pay. After twelve months continuous service eight weeks full pay and eight weeks half pay.
Professional Membership The cost of one annual subscription to an appropriate professional body will be reimbursed.
Relocation Assistance with relocation costs up to £8,500 may be offered to an appropriate candidate.
Eligibility to work A Disclosure Barring Service Check is undertaken on all Staff.
